Can I use it with hot water?
Yes, our shower and pump are designed to handle hot water, as long as it’s not boiling. Up to 60 °C (140 °F) works great.
Can I control the water flow?
Yes. The shower head has one-hand flow control, so you can turn the water on/off and adjust the flow while rinsing.
Does it need batteries?
KoalaGear showers use a built-in battery, so they are rechargeable.
Does it come with a bucket?
Yes. As per limited time offer, Complete Kit includes a FREE flat-fold bucket, so you have the full setup ready to use and easy to store.
Can it handle leaves or grit in the water?
The bottom filter helps block leaves, grit and outdoor debris from entering the flow.
Is it only for camping?
No. Customers use portable shower kits for beach days, dogs, kids, caravans, boats, fishing, muddy sports, backyard cleanup and emergency home use.
How long does the battery last?
60-90 minutes of continuous water flow on a full charge - enough for a few full showers or multiple quick rinses.
Can it fit my jerry can?
Yes, our pump dia is 6.5cm, so it will fit as long as your jerry can mouth is larger than that.
What if the battery expires?
We guarantee a minimum of 550 full charge cycles, covered by a 1-year warranty. If this happens, contact us and we’ll replace it free of charge.
